The only way to get the blueprint right is to choose to begin.

Name the friction you keep hitting. If it is a fit, we will build alongside it. If it is not, I will tell you that too.

Starts with the friction, not the tools An honest yes or no

Honest about fit

Is this the right room?

A fit
  • You run something (a team, a function, or your own business) and AI is not landing in the work.
  • You can name a friction: a real workflow, not just a goal.
  • You want a lens and a working artifact, not a deck.
  • You have the authority to decide and the appetite to begin.
Probably not
  • You want to be persuaded that AI matters first.
  • You want a vendor relationship with lock-in.
  • You need months of committee approval before starting.
  • You want AI to score or decide about people. That line holds.
Questions

Before you reach out.

What happens after I reach out?

You name the friction you are hitting. If it is a fit, we start there. If it is not, you get an honest no.

Who is a good fit?

Someone who runs something where AI is not landing, can name a real friction, and has the authority to begin.

What are you not a fit for?

Anything that needs AI to score or decide about people. That line holds. Vendor lock-in and long committee cycles are not a fit either.
